About the role
- We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with 1-3 years of experience to drive regional marketing initiatives and demand generation ABM programs.
- Based in our Medellín office, you’ll work closely with sales, demand generation, and partner teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen Recurly’s presence in the region.
- Create and execute a US ABM field marketing plan aligned with sales goals, market trends, and demand generation objectives for US ABM target accounts.
- Launch targeted, multi-channel campaigns (including ABM, webinars, and localized content) to support pipeline growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing resources, insights, and support that help accelerate deal velocity.
- Tailor messaging, content, and campaigns to US buyer personas, ensuring relevance and resonance in different industries.
- Measure the effectiveness of field marketing activities using key performance indicators, providing data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
- Oversee regional marketing budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Run full-funnel ABM campaigns using email, ads, and outbound, guided by intent data to engage key accounts across stages.
Requirements
- ✅ 1-3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or Subscription Management.
- ✅ Strong background in executing ABM campaigns, partner marketing, and sales-driven marketing programs.
- ✅ Experience working closely with sales teams to develop integrated marketing plans that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- ✅ Knowledge of US markets, with the ability to localize campaigns and understand regional business nuances.
- ✅ Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense or Demandbase, etc.).
- ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a data-driven mindset and strong project management skills.
- ✅ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with global teams.
