About the role
- Define and implement the digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the design, content, ads, and community management teams.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels, optimizing ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Track results with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM.
- Present performance reports and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (experience in professional or legal services is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge in SEO, Ads, email marketing, and digital analytics.
- Bilingual Spanish–English (required).
- Strategic thinking, leadership skills, and results-driven.
