• Act as the primary point of contact for customer support requests

• Oversee and drive the success of the client.
• Support and provide oversight for the customer or partner making sure they are able to deliver against the strategic priorities set by executives.
• Drive the adoption of the platform across their teams and help showcase the benefits and measurable value the solution brings.
• Review progress of the customer / partner team against the agreed plan and roadmap.
• Identify friction points and blockers, and help the customer / partner team work through them.
• Work with the product team on identified platform issues to drive resolution.

• Lead in-depth discovery with C-level and business leaders to uncover priorities and quantify the impact of change.
• Partner with Field Strategists and Solution Engineers in the sales process to design and position tailored solutions.
• Apply Gap Selling to shape compelling business cases and value stories that connect technology to measurable business results.
• Orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagement to secure commitment and drive transformation projects to close.
• Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding the client’s current state, defining their desired future state, and aligning a solution that bridges the gap with clear business value.

• Take ownership of warm leads introduced by the Head of Alliances & Partnerships and drive them through the full sales cycle.
• Run discovery conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and position FlowX.AI's value clearly and compellingly.
• Prepare and deliver tailored demos, proposals, and follow-up materials that move deals forward.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline records in the CRM, tracking every interaction, next step, and deal status.
• Coordinate closely with Tamás and internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs, timely responses, and a consistent prospect experience.
• Continuously learn — about the platform, the industry, and how enterprise deals are won — and bring that knowledge into every conversation.

Junior Sales Representative

Solutions Engineer

• Own the end-to-end Azure Marketplace journey - packaging (managed applications, container offers, AKS app offers, solution templates, transactable offers), publishing, and continuous optimization of FlowX.AI's cloud offerings.
• Design and implement Azure-based architectures for FlowX.AI deployments in highly regulated industries, covering network isolation, private connectivity, and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform (Azure provider) to create repeatable, scalable deployment artifacts across customer and partner environments.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications on AKS using Helm, driving CI/CD pipeline best practices and DevOps excellence across the organization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer, and Microsoft partner teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments and strengthen FlowX.AI's co-sell motions.
• Support customer-facing discussions, workshops, and pre-sales engagements - bridging deep technical architecture with business and partner stakeholder needs.

Azure Partner Solutions Architect

• Source new opportunities to supplement the BDR & marketing teams’ lead generation efforts.
• Build and manage relationships with prospective & existing customers.
• Lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand business needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to build demonstrations and proposals.
• Present FlowX.AI’s value in a clear, practical way that aligns with customer goals, using Gap Selling principles.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and forecasts.
• Learn and stay current on FlowX.AI’s platform, use cases, and evolving customer needs.
• Contribute feedback from customers to help inform product and go-to-market improvements.

Manager

• Own the full Academy lifecycle - content production, release-notes alignment, cohort delivery, and course maintenance - ensuring programs stay current, high-quality, and tightly tied to product evolution.
• Manage the Certification program end-to-end: cohort scheduling, evaluator calibration, pass rates, appeals, re-sit policy, and ongoing maintenance of the competency framework.
• Operate, adapt, and extend the available tooling stack (LMS, video/audio editing, Python tools, agent system, MDX pipeline, cert evaluator) - and build on top of it as needs evolve.
• Coordinate with SMEs, R&D, and product teams to keep content pipelines moving - managing dependencies, release calendars, and competing priorities without dropping the ball.
• Flag blockers, ambiguities, and evolving requirements in real time - and bring your own agenda to 1:1s rather than waiting to be asked.
