About the role
- Manage the full payroll cycle for Sweden
- Support employees and managers with payroll-related queries
- Contribute to continuous improvements in payroll processes
- Participate in SOX controls and audits
- Collaborate closely with HR, local Finance, and Shared Finance Center (UK)
- Handle pension administration and collective agreement matters
- Manage time reporting systems
- Be part of a payroll team of three, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll operations
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Swedish payroll (Visma/AGDA Lön)
- Solid understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements
- Experience with systems like Concur, Promark, and SuccessFactors
- Strong IT skills and confidence working in system-driven environments
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Experience in a larger company or global organization
- Relevant education in payroll or HR (likely)
- Experience with both blue-collar and white-collar payroll processes
