• Manage the full payroll cycle for Sweden
• Support employees and managers with payroll-related queries
• Contribute to continuous improvements in payroll processes
• Participate in SOX controls and audits
• Collaborate closely with HR, local Finance, and Shared Finance Center (UK)
• Handle pension administration and collective agreement matters
• Manage time reporting systems
