Manage documentation, ongoing audit and review of all People processes to enable efficiency and business continuity
Identify opportunities for automation and scalability across people processes
Day-to-day management and optimisation of People Team tools (HRIS - People First, ATS - PinPoint) and troubleshoot system issues
Translate People operational needs into system requirements and process flows; partner with Data Protection to ensure GDPR compliance
Lead selection and implementation of new People Team tools, define business requirements, data migration, system testing, transition and change management
Serve as key point of contact for ATS, updating workflows, automations and templates
Review People processes through a risk and compliance lens and act as team representative for internal/external audits
Own and produce People Team data and analysis, build and evolve People Dashboard with Performance Team
Establish measures to maintain data integrity and reduce manual error; analyse helpdesk queries and process communications
Produce internal MI (Monthly Information Pack, Annual Report) and external reporting (pay gap, ONS, Home Office)
Support People Operations Manager and CPO with budget setting, tracking spend vs budget and supplier/contract management with Procurement
Requirements
Demonstrable experience across People process, systems, compliance, reporting and analytics
Extensive experience in PeopleFirst or iTrent
Demonstrable understanding of People policy and procedures and ability to apply and factor in this knowledge to interpret, analyse and present people data and optimising our systems
Track record in designing scalable People processes; leveraging technology to streamline and automate
Experience of managing ongoing review of a suite of People processes
Strong knowledge of core HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, payroll interface, performance, absence, flexible/agile working, benefits and employee data management)
Strong knowledge of People policy and compliance requirements, in particular GDPR/data privacy
Involvement in selection and implementation of new HRIS / people tools
High level of proficiency in the use of Excel for analysis and in tools that support visualisation of findings
Proven ability to turn data into insight, including developing the narrative that drives action from analysis
Strong use of HRIS to manipulate data, run queries, and identify trends and data gaps
Confident, concise and articulate presenter, able to engage audiences at all levels
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines and maintain high standards
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and manage relationships at all levels
