About the role
- Peoplesoft Technical Consultant with Payroll Experience (ADP) — Contract role
- Execute data conversions, detailed data analysis, mapping and transformation processes
- Analyze business processes and provide expert advice on human capital management systems
- Ensure seamless integration between Peoplesoft and ADP platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables on time and within scope
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Conversion experience
- Payroll Module Experience Required
- Proficiency in understanding and optimizing Business Processes
- Consulting experience with a focus on Human Capital Management
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Experience with Peoplesoft and ADP systems is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, HR, or related field
