  • Peoplesoft Technical Consultant with Payroll Experience (ADP) — Contract role
  • Execute data conversions, detailed data analysis, mapping and transformation processes
  • Analyze business processes and provide expert advice on human capital management systems
  • Ensure seamless integration between Peoplesoft and ADP platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables on time and within scope

Requirements

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Conversion experience
  • Payroll Module Experience Required
  • Proficiency in understanding and optimizing Business Processes
  • Consulting experience with a focus on Human Capital Management
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Experience with Peoplesoft and ADP systems is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, HR, or related field
