Administrative Assistant

• Provide administrative support to the Associate Corporate Counsel and other corporate leadership as assigned.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining contracts, leases, legal documents, and related records.
• Track key dates, action items, and project status updates across multiple departments.
• Maintain spreadsheets, logs, trackers, and departmental records.
• Assist with contract tracking software, lease files and software, policy documentation, and other corporate records.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare materials, take meeting notes, and distribute follow-up items.

• Help monitor policy and procedure review schedules and document updates.
• Organize correspondence, files, and electronic records to ensure information is easily accessible.

Analyst

• Communicate with new provider to obtain documentation necessary for credentialing & provider enrollment processes.
• Create/Update required credentialing/enrollment portals.
• Ensure active medical licensure respect to provider assigned regions.
• Assist in resolving claims issues that are provider enrollment related.

Credentialing & Enrollment Analyst I

Therapist

• Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage, benefits, deductibles, copayments and coinsurance
• Contact insurance companies via phone, online portals or electronic verification systems to obtain accurate coverage information
• Confirm prior authorization and referral requirements for scheduled services and procedures
• Update patient insurance information in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Answer incoming calls from internal clinic offices in a professional manner
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in insurance information before services are rendered
• Maintain detailed documentation of verification activities and communications
• Work closely with scheduling, billing, coding and clinical teams
• Follow HIPPA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
• Stay current on insurance policies, payer requirements and regulatory changes as provided by credentialing team
• Other duties as assigned by the Revenue Cycle Operation Senior Manager.

Insurance Verification Specialist – Biologic, Immunotherapy

Manager

• Direct supervision of Biologics staff
• Working with the Director of Immunotherapy to ensure adequate staffing
• Provide training, mentoring, and staffing situation discussions
• Maintain and control inventory; review invoices for cost-efficiency
• Work closely with providers to understand any changes in biologic regimen
• Monitor and address any patient feedback for training enhancement
• Provide reports to CEO, CFO, COO and Director of Immunotherapy
