About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate with new provider to obtain documentation necessary for credentialing & provider enrollment processes.
- Create/Update required credentialing/enrollment portals.
- Ensure active medical licensure respect to provider assigned regions.
- Assist in resolving claims issues that are provider enrollment related.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 -3 years of provider enrollment, credentialing, or revenue cycle operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS) & Adobe
- Proficiency in various Payor portals (Availity, CAQH)
- Effective communication skills
