About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct supervision of Biologics staff
Working with the Director of Immunotherapy to ensure adequate staffing
Provide training, mentoring, and staffing situation discussions
Maintain and control inventory; review invoices for cost-efficiency
Work closely with providers to understand any changes in biologic regimen
Monitor and address any patient feedback for training enhancement
Provide reports to CEO, CFO, COO and Director of Immunotherapy

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Biological, or Health Sciences preferred
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a Healthcare or Biologic management role
Prior Authorization Certified Specialist (PACS) certification preferred
