• · Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices and payments thereof

Accounts Payable Accountant

QA Automation Engineer

• Workflow Orchestration: Design and implement automated Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes integrating SuccessFactors with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Service Desk Automation: Build and maintain complex automation rules within Jira Service Management (JSM) to handle intake, approvals, and ticket routing.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Automate group memberships, license assignments, and application provisioning using Entra ID Governance and Power Automate.
• Endpoint Management: Script and automate device configuration profiles and application deployments via Microsoft Intune.

• The Service Assurance Manager is responsible for providing permanent solutions for chronic issues related to customer install base on reactive and proactive approach.

• - Providing CSM/SM team with monthly proactive performance reviews for our premium customers.
• - Attend customer monthly review meetings with CSM/SM and discuss monthly performance reviews.
• - Conduct monthly reviews of chronic sites and initiate improvement plans (SIPs) to address underlying issues.

• Collaborate with technical teams, suppliers, and vendors to drive efficient issue resolution.
• Challenge suppliers on SLAs, root cause quality, and resolution timelines when required.

• Respond to customer inquiries, incidents and service requests related to SD-WAN
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, performance problems and configuration errors

• Monitor SD-WAN network performance, analyse traffic patterns and optimize SD-WAN policies

• Responsible for end-to-end service delivery of networking projects for global customers.
• An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills
• Meet the end-to-end Project timelines by ensuring the on-time delivery
• Define communication plan for all stakeholders, get buy-in for status report format and communicate on defined frequency.
• Managing proactive communication with customers during the delivery phase, when there are risks or possible delays and including plan Customer Acceptance Tests for the project
• Order prioritization and ensuring priority is respected during RFC delivery phase
• Management of the delivery plan at the project level & planning until the last site delivery
• Manage the interface between internal resources and the customer.
