Sales Engineer

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing technical consultation on SD-WAN/SASE/SSE, global connectivity, and managed network services.
• Design tailored SD-WAN/SASE/SSE solutions integrating Expereo’s global network services, including Internet, MPLS, Broadband, LEO, Fixed Wireless Access, Ethernet P2P and Cloud Acceleration.
• Conduct technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to showcase Expereo solution capabilities.
• Assist in preparing responses for RFPs, RFIs, and customer proposals, ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by driving the adoption of Expereo's Managed Services
• Provide technical guidance to the sales team and customer and actively involved in monthly or quarterly business review for allocated/designated customer in addressing questions, solutions need throughout the life cycle of an Expereo customer.
• Work internally to contribute, collaborate, maintain and keep up to date Expereo Technical design and solutions standards, including case studies, whitepapers, and solutions briefs to support sales efforts.
• Collaborate with Expereo's post sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand business needs and translate them into tailored network solutions.
• Collaborate with telecom service providers, technology vendors, and cloud partners to ensure seamless solution integration.
• Support the sales team in presenting technical concepts to C-level executives, IT teams, and procurement stakeholders, at an industry or partner events and etc.
• Stay updated on SD-WAN, SASE, SSE, cloud networking, and telco trends to provide competitive insights.
• Provide market intelligence on global internet connectivity and emerging networking technologies.
• Train internal sales teams and partners on Expereo’s SD-WAN/SASE/SSE and managed network solutions.
• Provide feedback to Expereo’s product and engineering teams to help shape future offerings and enhancements

Solution Sales Engineer – SD WAN

Customer Success Manager

• Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, supporting the Account Manager in ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and maintaining account plans, tracking customer activity, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service Delivery, Support, Billing) to ensure smooth execution of customer requests.
• Monitor service delivery milestones and provide proactive status updates to customers.
• Support renewal activities, including preparing quotes and following up with customers.
• Assist with cross-sell and upsell opportunities by identifying customer needs and passing leads to Account Managers.
• Prepare reports and presentations for customer meetings, including service performance summaries.
• Gather and escalate customer feedback to improve services and processes.

Network Engineer

• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, incidents, and service requests related to SD-WAN; Troubleshoot connectivity issues, performance problems, and configuration errors; Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime; Generate performance reports and provide insights to inform the customer of potential improvements.
• Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor SD-WAN network performance, analyse traffic patterns, and optimize SD-WAN policies; Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and capacity issues; Perform routine maintenance tasks (software updates, patches).
• Incident Management: Respond to incidents and service requests promptly; Troubleshoot connectivity issues, configuration errors, and performance problems; Collaborate with other support teams and 3rd parties to resolve complex issues.
• Change Management: Implement changes to SD-WAN configurations (e.g., adding new sites, modifying policies); Coordinate change requests with clients and internal teams; Ensure minimal disruption during change implementation.

• Develop and execute a high-impact enterprise sales strategy for the APAC region.

• Draft, review and edit internal communications messages for distribution.

• Manage PR agencies and programmes across three regions, including spokespeople management and new-topic support.
