Business Development Representative

Product Manager

• Develop an in-depth understanding of end users’ needs and values
• Collaborate with product management and design to prioritize features and stories with external dependencies and obtain team commitments
• Serve as subject matter expert and primary contact for product functionality, product backlog, and product-related issues
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories and team backlogs
• Effectively communicate business needs to scrum teams with user stories and acceptance criteria that serve as a single point of truth for development, quality assurance, and business.
• Actively participate in product backlog refinement sessions, retrospectives, defect management, and cross-functional team release planning sessions
• Collaborate with key partners across business and technology to identify problems and opportunities, manage stakeholder expectations, and balance constraints

Product Owner – Grants

• Define and own the platform roadmap, balancing near-term delivery commitments with longer-term capability investments
• Develop a clear point of view on where the platform needs to go over the next 12–18 months and build the case for prioritization decisions with stakeholders and leadership
• Make or meaningfully influence build vs. buy decisions, vendor and processor evaluations, and API design direction in partnership with engineering
• Represent the platform’s strategic needs in business unit planning, ensuring platform investment keeps pace with product growth
• Run a structured discovery practice: conduct regular conversations with clients, implementation partners, and internal product teams to surface unmet needs and validate platform direction
• Own the feedback loop between client-facing teams and the platform roadmap — identifying patterns that signal gaps, not just triaging individual escalations
• Lead or co-lead client and partner-facing sessions in a product capacity, representing both current platform capabilities and future direction
• Use discovery findings to anchor prioritization decisions in evidence and bring that evidence into roadmap discussions.
• Define what success looks like for the platform layer: establish and track metrics around reliability, integration adoption, time-to-deploy for new clients, and platform-related support volume
• Hold yourself accountable to outcomes, not just delivery — regularly reviewing whether shipped work is moving the right numbers
• Surface platform health and progress to business unit leadership in a format that connects platform investment to product and revenue outcomes
• Own and maintain the platform’s backlog as the single source of truth for platform-layer work
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering can act on independently
• Groom and prioritize the backlog, bringing customer insight, partner feedback, and platform metrics to bear on sequencing decisions
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) for the platform team
• Serve as the primary product contact for the Implementation team, translating client deployment needs into actionable backlog items
• Triage escalated support issues with platform or infrastructure root cause and own the path to resolution
• Maintain implementation-readiness documentation so the delivery team can onboard clients without product escalation
• Maintain a clear view of shared services, APIs, and integrations that touch multiple product lines
• Partner with engineering to define non-functional requirements around performance, uptime, security, and compliance

Product Manager – Platform

Project Manager

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple SaaS implementation projects, from initiation to completion.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
• Facilitate project status sessions, resource assignment, and support Statement of Work (SOW) reviews.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, Sales, and Product teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to internal projects.
• Track and report on operational metrics and project performance.

• Identify and escalate potential risks pertaining to integrations, timelines or product functionality during the implementation to the Implementation Manager.
• Translate business problems into actionable user stories for development teams.
• Gather client requirements, synthesize them into functional configurations, and implement solutions across multiple products.
• Deliver high-quality solutions that meet initial requirements and core product functionality.
• Ensure successful implementation of new product features with minimal bugs and high customer satisfaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert during implementation, eliminating technical objections and building rapport with client engineering teams.
• Provide guidance on integrations, product functionality, and risk escalation during projects.
• Lead technical status calls with clients and report back status, risks and next steps to project team.
• Work with peers to establish best practices and execute technical improvements.
• Prepare for project retros to share learnings and successful course corrections.
• Track accurate time on tasks for Billing Utilization Rate reporting.

Technical Solutions Specialist, Payments

• Work with net new clients to understand and document the technical specifications necessary to build solutions using Euna Payment’s products and platforms

Implementation Manager – Budget

AI Engineer

• Partner with Product to translate roadmap priorities into technical designs, implementation plans, and delivery strategies
• Design and implement features across application, data, and infrastructure layers
• Own and evolve core platform architecture across both Rails and Python systems
• Make high-impact architectural decisions (service boundaries, modularization, data access patterns, scalability)
