Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple client implementations from kickoff to go-live
Analyze existing budgeting processes and recommend improvements
Migrate and load data using our Excel-based interface
Manage timelines, track progress, and resolve issues
Collaborate across departments to ensure client success
Become a product expert and trusted advisor to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-8 years of experience in one or more aspects of software application delivery (systems implementation, project management, analysis, QA, training, etc.)
Strong Excel and data skills
Confident communicator with excellent organization and time management
Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight
Comfortable working in client-facing roles
Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Public sector or budgeting experience (municipal, healthcare, education)
Knowledge of forecasting, grant accounting, or financial planning tools
Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) or project management apps like Cloud Coach or Asana
