Business Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, website forms, and product inquiries
- Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach to targeted accounts and personas
- Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to assess fit, urgency, and buying readiness
- Generate net-new pipeline by identifying opportunities within assigned territories or verticals
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM hygiene in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign quality, messaging, and lead performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant education or experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
- Understanding of the SaaS industry or technology-enabled solutions
- Demonstrated persistence and comfort with proactive outreach and follow-up
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals and performance objectives
- Naturally inquisitive with a strong appreciation for effective qualification
- Experience using a CRM, ideally Salesforce, is a plus
