About the role

  • Build and iterate on proof-of-concept applications that demonstrate AI capabilities and validate use cases.
  • Develop custom tools and integrations that make AI accessible to technical and non-technical teams alike.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to understand their needs and translate requirements into functional AI-powered solutions.
  • Share knowledge about AI capabilities, best practices, and emerging technologies with the broader organization through documentation, demos, and hands-on support.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of software development experience with strong programming fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and service integrations
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI/ML concepts
  • Comfort with rapid iteration and working in ambiguous problem spaces
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience building with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM APIs
  • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration frameworks
  • Background in building internal tools or developer platforms
  • Experience with FastAPI, Express, or similar web frameworks
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM application patterns
