• Take ownership of the product and strategic direction for one of the most business-critical areas of our platform: claims processes.
• Develop a sustainable product strategy for the Claims domain, lead major product initiatives end-to-end and make long-term architecture and process decisions.
• Prioritize strategic topics across multiple quarters and apply product management methods intentionally and data-driven.
• Independently run complex discovery processes – including user research with claims experts and business stakeholders.

• We leverage AWS container technologies to build highly scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architecture.
• We utilize gRPC to design services that are fast enough for high-performance, create interfaces that can evolve over time without breaking existing components and reuse the same communications primitives across a broad platform.

• Play a key role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of EMIL’s cloud platform

• You are part of our Customer Delivery department and contribute to the digital transformation of the insurance industry by implementing our SaaS solution at client sites.
• You provide prospective clients with proofs of concept and act as the primary point of contact both before product purchase and during implementation.
• You deploy our SaaS solution quickly and successfully for our clients, explain how to use and operate the product to enable a smooth software go-live.
• After go-live, you support troubleshooting and answer questions, laying the foundation for the client’s long-term success.
• You are responsible for project management and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external; you meet regularly with the team and keep everyone informed.
