About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You provide potential customers with proofs of concept and act as the primary point of contact both before the product purchase and during implementation
  • You deploy our SaaS solution quickly and successfully at customer sites, instruct them on usage and operation of the product, and ensure a smooth software go-live
  • After go-live, you support troubleshooting and answer questions, laying the foundation for the customer's long-term success
  • You take responsibility for project management and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external; you meet regularly with the team and keep everyone informed
  • When required, you document requirements, customizations and project progress

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 4–5 years of experience working on technical projects or integrations, ideally at a SaaS provider in the insurance domain
  • Technical affinity; a technical background is preferred
  • You are able to build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are comfortable in project management and work in a solution- and detail-oriented manner
  • Fluent, business‑level communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken, are required; French is a plus
  • Experience with APIs, BPMN, SaaS platforms, AWS technologies, testing, requirements engineering and the insurance industry is a plus
  • Consulting experience is a big plus :-)
  • You are curious and interested in understanding the insurance landscape and its processes
  • You are familiar with working in a dynamic environment and agile project management methods are not foreign to you
  • Approximately 20% willingness to travel within Switzerland and/or Germany (if applicable).
