- You communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly and transparently to Business, Operations, and Leadership
- You incorporate the voice of the user into all decisions
- You ensure tight collaboration between Developers, QA, Design, and Business stakeholders so everyone understands the focus and who is responsible for what

Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product management
- Ideally experience in insurance, finance, or workflow platforms (e.g., Camunda, Celonis, n8n, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management, and requirements engineering
- Ability to translate complex business and technical problems into clear, actionable requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1)
- Hands-on experience with common PM tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma, analytics tools, API documentation platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Design, and Operations teams to deliver incremental, iterative value
Benefits
- An attractive compensation package aligned with your experience, qualifications, and responsibilities
- A remote-friendly working model with occasional travel to our Berlin office
- 30 days of paid vacation, plus a half day off on December 24 and December 31
- A personal training and development budget of at least €500 (potentially more) that we invest in together for your growth
- Exciting internal development opportunities through a formal role development model, regular feedback cycles, and performance reviews

- A heavily subsidized company pension plan to help secure your financial future
- A VSOP program that allows employees to benefit from the company’s success
