Account Executive – Mid-Market

Product Marketing

• You'll own the strategy behind how we turn every rep - AE, AM, and SDR, in every region - into a top performer: where we invest enablement time for maximum leverage, when and how we verticalize training by segment and geography, and which metrics prove the work is paying off in pipeline, revenue, and behavior change.
• You'll lead a global enablement function spanning onboarding, technical and product enablement, and outbound enablement - setting the strategic direction and measurement framework that enablement function leads build and deliver against.
• You'll operate with full AI fluency, building automations applied directly to enablement workstreams and embedding AI fluency into the seller curriculum.
• You'll design the systems, standards, and operating rhythm for enablement as we expand into new regions and segments.
• You'll partner cross-functionally - especially with the product marketing team that owns customer-facing assets - while you own everything that makes our sellers great internally: training, certification, and enablement infrastructure.

Global Lead, GTM Enablement

• Building and scaling strategic consumer partnerships that drive acquisitions for ElevenReader
• Developing integrated marketing campaigns spanning partnerships, paid media, email, social, OOH, PR, and product surfaces

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends, particularly as they apply to regulated Dutch government, healthcare, and utilities organizations.
• Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Dutch government, healthcare, and utilities sectors, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures, including public tender processes.

Account Manager

• This role partners directly with enterprise customers building and deploying conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform.
• Focus is hands-on execution - advising on agent design, personas, conversation flows, tool integrations, and voice customization to deliver clear business outcomes in production environments.
• Guide customers through best practices for deploying and scaling agents across web, mobile, and telephony, and for integrating agents with existing data sources and systems.
• Analyze agent performance data and conversational logs to identify friction points and optimization opportunities that improve accuracy, user experience, and reliability at scale.
• Own expansion outcomes across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Success is measured by net revenue retention and sustained multi-product adoption.
• Identify expansion opportunities, drive cross-sell through deeper agent usage, and partner with Sales, Engineering, and Account Managers to convert technical success into durable revenue growth and long-term customer commitment.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for ElevenLabs' Music products, supporting enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through deployment.
• Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing product expertise, customer education, and strategic guidance on music-specific use cases.
