• Owning product health monitoring and insights to share with engineering and product teams, on how well adopted and utilized our services and features are with customers - across the EHR.

Senior Product Manager

Principal

• Own the end-to-end success and growth of a portfolio of Elation's largest, most strategic accounts, including gross revenue retention, net revenue retention, and expansion ARR
• Develop and execute account plans that reflect each customer's business goals, organizational dynamics, and clinical priorities
• Proactively identify and manage retention risks, escalating cross-functionally and setting clear expectations externally
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across your accounts, including CMOs, CEOs, COOs, and clinical leaders

• Manage simultaneous onboarding projects at one time, balancing priorities of business results, customer satisfaction, and technical quality.

• Own and develop a robust pipeline of primary care team innovators.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-potential prospects using outbound and inbound strategies.

• Serve as the RCM SME for Elation working closely with sales, marketing and enablement to identify process excellence marrying Elation’s solutions with prospect and customer workflows
• Lead RCM-focused demos for small and mid-market prospects (typically 3–10+ provider prospects)
• Conduct live discovery with practice staff and billing teams, mapping workflows and pain points to resolve with Elation's AI billing and practice management solutions
• Serve as the RCM SME for existing customers, helping practices improve operations with Elation
• Deeply understand our customers’ cash flow, economics, and processes, and how Elation’s billing and RCM product functionality improves their overall financial outcomes
• Work with Product Management to maintain deep, current expertise in Elation's billing and RCM product functionality; identify product opportunities and roadmap-worthy projects
