Key responsibilities & impact

Deeply understand our users — their problems, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done
Own and lead the design process from discovery to delivery
Drive the strategic direction of your domain in partnership with Product and Engineering
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a clear, consistent, and high-quality user experience
Define and own the user satisfaction and usability metrics for your solutions
Be a leader on the design team by mentoring other designers

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience designing and shipping complex, web-based products in a cross-functional team
A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces, from research and strategy through to polished, human-centered user experiences
Proven experience in leading and executing a variety of user research methods
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in designing for complex workflows; experience in healthcare or with AI-powered experiences is a strong plus
