We are seeking experienced Solutions Engineers to support our sales and client experience teams with the in-depth product knowledge and understanding required to help schools realize the full value of Faria products and services.
You will be responsible for using Faria products to craft unique solutions to schools’ needs, offering in-depth training and guidance to schools, and collaborating closely with sales and client experience teams to drive new revenue and increase retention.
You will bridge the gap between product and customer, ensuring solution fit, smooth onboarding, and continued product value.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Demonstrations: Own the best practices of product demonstrations, step in to assist sales representatives with complex demonstrations, and provide internal training and refresher courses to our sales force as needed.
Tailored solutions: Leverage our the capabilities of our software systems and work to design workflows that address each school’s unique needs and goals; serve as a problem-solving thought partner to our schools and teams.
Close the Feedback Loop with Product Management Teams: Capture market patterns and feature gaps by working closely with schools by understand their pain points; work closely with the product management team to inform the product roadmap. Stay informed of all the latest product releases and how they can impact new schools and existing schools.
Regional Market Insights: This role is regionally focused in order to ensure adaptation and adjustment to needs of schools in the region. You wil l master local nuances and how our products should adapt in specific contexts.
Requirements
Excellent communicator with positive, proactive “can-do” attitude – sees the possibilities in what our products can do;
Deep understanding of at least one Faria product – the ins and outs of specific features, how they interrelate with one another, and how to problem-solve detailed requests;
Ability to effectually break down complex requirements into solution capabilities, benefits, and best practices;
Thrives in customer-facing settings – enjoys talking with educators and supporting schools;
Deep understanding of K-12 schools and their unique challenges;
Strong track record of cross-departmental collaboration.
For Solutions Engineers in APAC / China, fluent Mandarin skills are also required.
