Requirements

  • Fluency in English - fluency in French and/or German is a big plus.

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
