Requirements
Fluency in English - fluency in French and/or German is a big plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
