Implementation Specialist

• We are seeking an energetic individual with 1-2 years of prior experience in education/teaching, onboarding, and/or customer training to join our Americas Team as an Implementation Specialist.
• In this role, you will be responsible for customer onboarding and new-user training for Atlas.
• The Implementation Specialist’s primary responsibility is to be the main point of contact between our customers in the Americas and Atlas during the onboarding period.
• You will work closely with the Solutions/Sales Consultant, Standards & Services, and Client Experience teams to orchestrate the initial setup of Atlas, ensuring it is configured for success and tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer.
• The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to effectively prioritize tasks, work autonomously in a remote-friendly environment, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to support the company’s broader goals.
• Develop long-term goals with schools and leadership teams, supporting curriculum planning, development, and review.
• Use change management strategies to ensure the successful implementation of our software in alignment with the Americas’ educational values and widely adopted curriculum practices.
• Show an in-depth knowledge of our products and their capabilities, including how they support curriculum design, instructional planning, and school processes.
• Review and confirm customization of products to facilitate clients’ processes.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams to set academic and operational goals, provide strategic recommendations based on the Americas’ curriculum frameworks, and guide schools in aligning their internal practices with our platform’s capabilities.
• Conduct both basic and advanced training on-site and online, assessing users’ abilities and tailoring training to fit.
• Transition client relationship seamlessly to the School Experience Manager after the implementation period.
• Proactively define and drive project strategies, collaborating with the Services & Support Team to ensure efficient execution and successful delivery.
• Work across teams to contribute to the overall mission of Faria, drive innovation of our products, and further our relationships with our client schools.

Customer Support

• Running email & telephone support operations, responding to support tickets from teachers & schools admins
• Providing one-to-one online training sessions on account set-up, or how to best use a specific feature. You will occasionally need to travel for onsite training and events.
• Leading our new clients through the OpenApply implementation process, for training on and using the system.
• Hosting live webinars with hundreds of guests, with clear communication & presentation skills
• Ensuring that our quality of service (e.g. support request times and resolutions) is maintained at levels of excellence
• Making customers happy (this requires grace under pressure, especially when you’re dealing with a challenging customer that has urgent demands and time pressure)
• Providing Quality Assurance (QA) testing for new feature deploys
• Devising ways to improve our help and support materials

Customer Support Representative

Product Designer

• - Design native iOS and Android app interfaces following Apple HIG and Material Design
• - Contribute to and maintain mobile design systems components
• - Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• - Collaborate with product managers and engineers on implementation-ready designs
• - Participate in design reviews and iterations
• - Prepare design hand-offs and documentation
• - Audit existing mobile UI for usability and consistency

Junior-Middle UI/UX Designer – Mobile Apps

• Provide online training sessions for existing customers, potentially for new features or new use cases
• Update relevant internal systems with training notes and customer contact
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful adoption and offer further support
• Host live webinars with hundreds of guests, with clear communication & presentation skills
• Provide online training sessions on account set-up, you will occasionally need to travel for an onsite training within the APAC region

Social Media Manager

• Develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy aligned with business goals, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Identify the right platforms and content formats to reach target personas in the SaaS/B2B space.
• Create a consistent brand voice tailored to each social platform.
• Produce, publish, and manage high-quality content, including posts, short-form videos, thought-leadership threads, customer stories, and product updates.
• Maintain an editorial calendar that supports product releases, brand initiatives, and industry moments.
• Coordinate with design, product marketing, and demand gen teams to develop compelling assets.
• Build and nurture an active online community—responding to comments, engaging in relevant conversations, and elevating customer voices.
• Proactively monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging topics.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to spotlight users and integrate social proof.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, share of voice, sentiment, etc.).
• Use analytics to optimize content and inform future strategy.
• Report insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
• Partner with demand gen on paid social campaigns, A/B testing, and funnel-driving initiatives.
• Support product launches with social content plans that build anticipation and adoption.
• Coordinate with PR for thought leadership, press, and event coverage.

Social Media Marketing Executive

Content Marketing Manager

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality asynchronous courses across Faria products, including product navigation and professional learning
• Apply adult learning and instructional design best practices to create learning experiences for diverse global audiences
• Create content for on-demand courses as part of course development projects, including written text, scripting and recording videos, basic video editing, graphic design of lessons, and application of interactive instruction tools
• Collaborate with Product and Client Experience teams and review learner feedback to ensure the courses align to user needs and reduce requests submitted to our Support team
• Integrate learner feedback, usage data, and course analytics into ongoing improvement cycles
• Apply growing body of tools and processes translation of priority courses to support global users
• Partner with Marketing to support course launches, promotions, and growth of the FariaLearn brand
• Contribute to increasing course enrollments, completion rates, and overall learner engagement
• Facilitate select live professional learning sessions (approximately 25% of the role)

Instructional Content Specialist

Product Marketing

• - Go-to-Market Strategy: Co-develop and execute the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches, feature updates, and platform improvements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and close collaboration with each region.
• - Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, compelling positioning and messaging that differentiate your products in the market and address schools' unique needs.
• - Customer Insights & Persona Development: Conduct market research to gather insights on target audiences, buyer personas, the competitive landscape, and customer needs. Translate the findings into actionable marketing strategies.
• - Sales Enablement: Collaborate with our Sales Enablement team to equip the sales team with tools, collateral, and training to communicate the most compelling value proposition. This includes creating externally facing collateral such as case studies or product brochures.
• - Content Development: Collaborate with branding and product teams to develop thought-leadership content, product videos, blog posts, webinars, white papers, and product documentation to drive awareness and engagement.
• - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to understand the roadmap and ensure the market is educated on new features, updates, and product benefits. Collaborate with customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and customer retention strategies.
• - Performance Tracking & Optimization: Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts, optimize campaigns, and improve the overall customer journey across both platforms.
