Solutions Engineer

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for SchoolsBuddy across international and independent schools globally, and explore opportunities for SchoolsBuddy in the US public school market
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship development
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets
• Become the voice of activities directors and student services leaders within Faria, deeply understanding their challenges in managing co-curricular programs, sports schedules, facilities, registrations, and communications
• Conduct product demonstrations that showcase how SchoolsBuddy solves real operational pain points—from activity sign-ups and attendance tracking to trip planning and facility management
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development and positioning
• Stay current on competitive landscape including SOCS, Clipboard, and other activity management solutions
• Make cold calls, knock on doors (virtually and in person), and persistently pursue conversations with heads of co-curricular, activities coordinators, directors of student life, and operations leaders
• Attend conferences, school fairs, and regional education events to build relationships and generate leads
• Create your own collateral, case studies, and pitch materials when needed to win deals
• Partner with Product teams to advocate for features and enhancements that serve activities and student services needs
• Work with Marketing to develop segment-specific campaigns, content, and positioning
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

• Vectare is looking for a proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused individual to join our **Customer Services Team** based at our Loughborough Head Office. As a key member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to parents and schools who rely on our school bus services.
• This is a fast-paced, varied role that combines reactive and proactive communication, ensuring every customer receives timely, accurate, and friendly support via phone and email. You’ll be a central point of contact during live service hours, helping to manage real-time operational updates, resolve issues efficiently, and keep parents informed and reassured.
• You’ll work closely with a collaborative and supportive team, managed by our Operations Lead, and contribute directly to the smooth running of our nationwide school transport network. Typical shifts are 07:00 – 15:00 and 11:00 – 19:00, providing cover during key school travel times.

• - Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians utilizing our school transportation services, offering professional support via phone and email.
• - Deliver real-time operational support during live school bus operations, ensuring clear and timely communication between parents, drivers, and schools.

Customer Support Representative

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead technical architecture decisions for the SpotLight web application
• Lead the technical architecture and development of the SpotLight application, working across the entire technology stack from data platform integration to user interface delivery

• We are seeking experienced Solutions Engineers to support our sales and client experience teams with the in-depth product knowledge and understanding required to help schools realize the full value of Faria products and services.
• You will be responsible for using Faria products to craft unique solutions to schools’ needs, offering in-depth training and guidance to schools, and collaborating closely with sales and client experience teams to drive new revenue and increase retention.
• You will bridge the gap between product and customer, ensuring solution fit, smooth onboarding, and continued product value.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Product Demonstrations: Own the best practices of product demonstrations, step in to assist sales representatives with complex demonstrations, and provide internal training and refresher courses to our sales force as needed.
• Tailored solutions: Leverage our the capabilities of our software systems and work to design workflows that address each school’s unique needs and goals; serve as a problem-solving thought partner to our schools and teams.
• Close the Feedback Loop with Product Management Teams: Capture market patterns and feature gaps by working closely with schools by understand their pain points; work closely with the product management team to inform the product roadmap. Stay informed of all the latest product releases and how they can impact new schools and existing schools.
• Regional Market Insights: This role is regionally focused in order to ensure adaptation and adjustment to needs of schools in the region. You wil l master local nuances and how our products should adapt in specific contexts.
