• __What You’ll Do__
• - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers to successful candidates.
• - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruiting strategies.
• - Build and maintain talent pipelines and foster strong relationships with top talent by leveraging different channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and other sourcing platforms.
• - Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews and drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• - Leverage AI tools and data-driven recruitment solutions to identify, attract, and assess top candidates.
• - Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants and promote Easygenerator.
• __What You Bring__
• - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• - 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
• - Strong communication and organizational skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, international environment.
• - High energy, positive attitude, and strong initiative.

• Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers through outbound channels
• Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and initiate LinkedIn messaging sequences to spark interest and fuel our growth.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points and goals.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory

Business Development Representative, French-Speaking

Customer Success Manager

• Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their business outcomes.
• Objectively assess account health scores and proactively take action to improve them to maximize customer retention.
• Identify potential risks within accounts early and lead mitigation plans in collaboration with customer stakeholders.
• Lead regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic discussions with customers.
• Develop and execute strategic success plans tailored to each customer’s objectives and use cases, supporting retention and unlocking opportunities for account expansion and upsell
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to Product and influencing roadmap decisions.
