Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job openings to extending offers to successful candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and foster strong relationships with top talent by leveraging different channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, and other sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews and drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Leverage AI tools and data-driven recruitment solutions to identify, attract, and assess top candidates.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants and promote Easygenerator.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, international environment.
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong initiative.
