• Provide support for team members in the assessment review process, including representing clients during appeals and hearings with state and local taxing authorities
• Prepares reports and analyses supporting DMA’s position for state and local taxing authorities; reviews and submits periodic status reports to clients; prepares Reports of Findings and other general correspondence for clients
• Uses DMA templates or valuation models for property valuation, fixed asset reconciliation or classification, determines client’s prior methodologies, identifies exemptions and abatements, identifying and reporting potential tax savings opportunities

Senior Tax Consultant, Property Tax

• Provide support for leadership in the assessment review process, including representing clients during appeals and hearings with State and Local taxing authorities

Tax Manager, Property Tax

Administration

• Administer Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for these modules, maintaining and configuring business processes, security roles, and system integrations to support organizational operations.
• Design, build, and maintain advanced reports, calculated fields, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver analytics that support strategic business decision-making.
• Maintain security roles, permissions, and access within the Workday system to ensure data accuracy and user access.
• Conduct regular audits, perform validations, and troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure compliance with company security standards, as well as relevant global, federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage system updates, testing, and troubleshooting for Workday HCM releases, configuration changes, and ongoing functionality.
• Conduct impact analysis, testing, and validation of integrations and reports during releases and system upgrades.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Accounting teams to design and implement process improvements and automation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and transition functionalities from manual or external systems into the Workday HCM environment.

Workday HCM Administrator

• Manage partial and full outsourcing engagements; ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and increase DMA’s effective rate.
• Collaborate with clients to identify additional outsourcing opportunities and expand DMA services.
• Prepare risk‑aware, legally informed written communications tailored to diverse audiences, including the client’s internal stakeholders, customers, and executive leadership.
• Oversee onboarding activities and ensure smooth transition of responsibilities.
• Mentor and coach analysts; allocate resources and review deliverables.
• Utilize ERP systems and data tools to optimize processes and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with DMA standards and audit requirements.

Tax Manager, Outsourced Tax Department Services

• Prepare and validate data for indirect tax processes, including journal entries and G/L reconciliations.
• Assist with documenting current client processes prior to transition.
• Support workflow enhancements by gathering requirements and providing input on technology-driven improvements.
• Perform routine compliance support tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Maintain organized records and audit-ready documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Associate Analyst, Outsourced Tax Department Services

• Provide general support to team members in the compliance and property tax review process by preparing all tax returns, renditions, and filings for assigned clients
• Manage large, more complex client renditions/returns and reporting requirements
• Present completed returns to management for review
• Prepare check requests once jurisdictional tax liabilities have been approved by management
• Serve as a resource for junior team members regarding client-specific processing issues
• Ensure all applicable returns/renditions/tax bills and remittances are copied and mailed in a timely manner
• Monitor and review all jurisdictional tax notices for assigned clients

• Assist with full life cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, including job posting, screening of candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and preparing, extending, and negotiating offers
• Effectively partner with TA managers and hiring managers to assess and define talent needs and job requirements to ensure that job postings and searches are targeted to attract highly qualified candidates
• Leverage multiple talent acquisition resources and sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates
• Assist with University Relations efforts to help build and maintain a talent pipeline for entry level positions
