About the role
- Own the design, governance, and execution of the enterprise listening survey program (e.g., engagement, lifecycle)
- Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to ensure surveys address business priorities and drive measurable action
- Establish consistent standards for survey administration, analysis, and action planning
- Own the enterprise strategy for selection and development assessments, including vendor selection, validation, and ongoing governance
- Ensure assessments are fair, legally compliant, psychometrically sound, and aligned with DSG’s competency models and talent philosophy
- Partner with TA, L&D, and HRBPs to integrate assessments into hiring, promotion, and development processes
- Apply advanced statistical methods (psychometrics, validation studies, forecasting, machine learning) to extract actionable insights
- Translate survey and assessment results into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leadership
- Build dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Medallia, Visier) that connect measurement data to business outcomes
- Lead and coach a small team (Senior Analyst – Assessments and Project Manager) to deliver on program goals
- Set priorities, manage workloads, and build expertise in survey methodology and assessments across the team
- Build strong partnerships with HRBPs, TA, Learning, and senior leaders to embed survey and assessment insights into decision-making
- Stay current on best practices in survey science, assessment methodology, and applied research
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
- Explore emerging tools, methods, and vendors to strengthen the enterprise measurement portfolio
Requirements
- Master's Degree in I-O Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or related field preferred
- 7-10 years experience, including survey design, employee listening, and assessment strategy
- Demonstrated success in applying psychometric methods and statistical modeling to inform organizational decisions
- Experience leading small teams and managing cross-functional projects preferred
- Project management certifications (e.g., CAPM) a plus
- Proficiency with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia, Microsoft Forms)
- Advanced statistical/programming skills in R and SQL
- Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots), PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance regulations
- Visier or other data visualization experience a plus
- Deep expertise in survey methodology, psychometric validation, and assessment governance
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Detail orientation and ability to execute quality assurance checks
- Ability to manage sensitive teammate feedback and assessment results with discretion
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with senior leaders
- Collaborative leadership style with proven ability to coach and develop team members
