About the role
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI/ML programs in aviation and defense; Serve as the trusted connector between engineering teams, operators, and customer partners; Translate business and technical needs into actionable project plans and milestones; Track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep programs on target; Drive clear, consistent communication across teams and stakeholders; Prepare executive-level updates, reports, and presentations that highlight progress and impact; Build a culture of agility, accountability, and delivery excellence across programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in aviation or aviation logistics; Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder efforts; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight timelines; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; significant customer-facing experience; Business and/or technology background preferred, with technical literacy in AI/ML, engineering, or aviation systems; Experience with agile or hybrid project management frameworks; Analytical rigor, sound decision-making, and flexibility in complex, dynamic environments; Able and willing to travel extensively; Commitment to accountability, speed, and operational excellence; Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.; We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
