About the role
- Lead and perform monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes on global, regional, unit and subunit level to ensure clarity, accuracy and actionable insights
- Drive strategic analysis through deep dives, ad-hoc evaluations and trend identification, transforming data into decision-ready concepts
- In collaboration with experts, you design and enhance dashboards that support executive decision-making and align with global standards
- By automating and optimizing controlling processes, you contribute to a smarter and more agile finance function
- You strongly collaborate with Controllers, Controlling Partners and Executive Teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field with at least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling
- Very good knowledge of IT including SAP (FI, PPM), BW (COINS), dashboard tools (Power BI or similar) and database knowledge (SQL, VBA)
- Strong analytical thinking and a proactive, creative approach to problem solving for regional and global activities
- Skilled in developing innovative concepts as well as motivating, coaching and influencing diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
