About the role
- Perform comprehensive business case analyses and profitability assessments in the context of data center and cloud infrastructures
- Simulate and evaluate effects on investment planning, overcommitment, storage replication, geo-redundancy and housing limitations
- Develop and structure cost models and service frameworks for MCMP and DC4
- Model and map PaaS and OaaS service costs in SAP (including material master data, service types, cost centers)
- Support pricing decisions based on calculated cost of provision
- Assist PaaS teams with billing and internal chargeback processes without the dSecureCloud portal
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and create simulations to support decision-making
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent qualification
- Solid understanding of economic and business relationships and experience in financial planning
- Practical experience in cost accounting, cost calculation and financial modelling
- Experience preparing business cases, simulations and sensitivity analyses
- Basic knowledge of IT architectures, infrastructures and processes of an IT service provider
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and commercial/business-minded thinking
