About the role
- As a Business Controller (m/f/d), you analyze financial, customer, and market data and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
- Market and potential analyses are part of your responsibilities — you identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas.
- You prepare reports and presentations for management in a structured and targeted manner.
- You work closely with local management and contacts to implement and further develop group-wide standards and processes.
- Coordinating cross-border projects and ensuring a consistent data basis are also part of your duties.
- You support the introduction and use of controlling tools and further develop existing control instruments and KPIs.
- In addition, you actively contribute to process optimization and the improvement of data quality.
Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in a comparable position or within a corporate environment is an advantage but not required.
- You are confident and proficient with MS Office — particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- You are characterized by the ability to work independently, proactive thinking, and a hands-on mentality.
- You are communicative, service-oriented, and comfortable working in intercultural teams.
- Complex structures do not deter you — you adapt quickly and enjoy diving into new topics.
- Fluent German and Italian, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
