About the role

  • As a Business Controller (m/f/d), you analyze financial, customer, and market data and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
  • Market and potential analyses are part of your responsibilities — you identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas.
  • You prepare reports and presentations for management in a structured and targeted manner.
  • You work closely with local management and contacts to implement and further develop group-wide standards and processes.
  • Coordinating cross-border projects and ensuring a consistent data basis are also part of your duties.
  • You support the introduction and use of controlling tools and further develop existing control instruments and KPIs.
  • In addition, you actively contribute to process optimization and the improvement of data quality.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in a comparable position or within a corporate environment is an advantage but not required.
  • You are confident and proficient with MS Office — particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • You are characterized by the ability to work independently, proactive thinking, and a hands-on mentality.
  • You are communicative, service-oriented, and comfortable working in intercultural teams.
  • Complex structures do not deter you — you adapt quickly and enjoy diving into new topics.
  • Fluent German and Italian, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
