About the role
- The ASA organization develops and promotes Showcase and Premier Agent buyer leads products for real estate professionals; Role: join Sales Planning & Compensation team to enable data-informed decisions across sales org, design and maintain datasets in GitLab, implement data validation, build Tableau dashboards, support headcount/capacity planning, quota deployment, ROI analysis, compensation tracking, collaborate with Sales/Finance/HR/Recruiting, establish data governance, evangelize best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales planning, strategic insights, or related role; Proven track record in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Strategy, or Management Consulting; Experience with GitLab (or similar) for version control and CI/CD; Proficient in SQL and Tableau; Knowledgeable in sales operations including quota setting, forecasting, performance tracking, compensation effectiveness; Skilled in BI tools such as Anaplan and Databricks; Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft; Strong communication and storytelling; Collaborative cross-functional experience; Naturally curious and self-directed
