• Own and lead the HR Due Diligence process for M&A transactions, including defining required data requests, overseeing data gathering and analysis, identifying people-related risks that must be addressed pre- or post-closing, addressing equity and compensation-related considerations, delivering employment agreements to key employees, and partnering with Corporate Development’s Integration team to articulate and execute the People integration plan.
• Lead People M&A efforts from pre-diligence through deal signing, close, and post-close integration, ensuring continuity and alignment across the full lifecycle of the transaction.
• Deeply understand Deel’s people programs, policies, and operating model in order to design and execute scalable M&A playbooks.

Customer Success Manager II

Solutions Engineer

• Work directly with our go-to-market teams to showcase the value of Deel’s HR platform and capabilities to deliver technical wins.
• Consult with prospective customers to assess their current processes and tooling, identify gaps/opportunities, and propose optimized future-state solutions.
• Act as the technical voice during sales cycles — owning solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations, and integration/architecture workshops.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations, aligning stakeholders on scope, approach, and success criteria.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for prospect needs, unblock technical questions, accelerate deal velocity, and refine value messaging.

Implementation Specialist

• Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients.
• Lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring that clients’ data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training.
• Project Set-up – work with our onboarding team and clients to organize and run kick off meetings, and deliver our implementation.
• Client and Project Management – Support project review calls (internal and external), coordinating and delivering on the project streams.
• Payroll Process Requirements – Define and set-up the agreed client payroll processes, establishing all of the payroll and data requirements.
