About the role

  • Lead and manage key sales operations processes, including territory design, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation planning.
  • Implement and optimize sales systems and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms) to ensure data accuracy and improve sales productivity.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership through regular reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales processes.
  • Manage sales compensation processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely commission payouts.
  • Design and implement sales enablement programs to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of sales processes, ensuring scalability and effectiveness as Deel grows.
  • Work closely with leadership to define and track sales KPIs and ensure they are met.
  • Lead or participate in special projects related to sales operations, including system implementations and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience optimizing sales processes and improving sales performance through systems, tools, and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and designing sales compensation plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnerships.
  • Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce certification) a plus.
