Sales Development Rep

Sales Development Representative – Expansion, SMB

Security Engineer

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools/process including optimizing configurations/policies, developing custom threat detection rules, and proactively improving Deel’s overall security posture for remote endpoints (Mac and Windows) and cloud assets (Eg, VMs).
• Configure, manage, and tune the full suite of security policies within SWG, CASB and ZTNA. Assist our remote colleague with seamless experience through troubleshooting end user issues as needed.
• Continuously improve SaaS security posture with SSPM tools and processes around it. Collaborate with diverse application owners, understand security control and resolve configuration drifts for our wide range of SaaS applications from baseline.
• Develop a rigorous review, approval, policy enforcement and auditing for browser extensions, third party OAuth applications for SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, GitHub, Jira etc to meet security and privacy standards.
• Design, implement, and audit security policies related to enterprise browsers (Eg, Island, Chrome Enterprise etc) including controlling access to sensitive web apps, and data loss prevention (DLP) configuration, ZTNA, secure web browsing experience but not limited to.
• Manage DLP policies across Endpoint, Network, SaaS Applications and Cloud assets, directly supporting the "Crawl-Walk-Run" program phases. Ensure DLP policies meet diverse data sovereignty, privacy (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and national regulatory requirements.
• Run vulnerability management programs for endpoints and servers and ensure they are patched according to the policy in collaboration with stakeholders.

Information Security Engineer

People Operations

• Provide consistent, tactical team member relations consultation to managers and team members to resolve team member issues and advise on team member conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination in adherence with all local, state, federal and international laws and regulations.
• Own and manage all terminations for all worker types to include the handoff of disciplinary issues and performance issues to result in involuntary termination from HR Business Partners and managers to the voluntary resignations.
• Responsible for the offboarding process to include but not limited to initiating workflows and form triggers to fully process all termination types for all worker types.
• Serves as the involuntary termination expert to understand compliance in all countries and for all worker types to ensure we successfully and accurately process terminations, to include team member negotiations, notifications, and documentation.
• Conduct HR related investigations to ensure that team member issues are resolved in adherence to all company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations and manage resolution by providing recommendations to management and HR Business Partners as appropriate.
• Analyze and interpret data to monitor team member relations trends in order to aid management in addressing the trends proactively.
• Liaise directly with Legal, People Operations, HR Experience, Payroll, HR Business Partners, and People Success to build processes to support processing, administering, facilitating, and otherwise delivering compliant conflict resolution and terminations.
• Oversee Jira and other tools and tickets for compliance reporting assigned to the People team or related to team member relations issues, conflict, internal investigation, policy compliance, or other allegations for which team member relations issues up to and including termination may result.
• Create and manage standard operating procedures for investigations to include conducting fair, neutral, and timely investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures and federal/state/international laws and regulations.
• Partner with People Success to create and deliver guidance and training to managers in handling of team member relations matters to include but not limited to company policy interpretation, ability to handle team member conflict resolutions, manage disciplinary actions and compliant termination guidance.

Payroll Associate, Australian Payroll

• Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients.
• You will lead and manage the full payroll implementation process, ensuring that clients’ data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training.
• Work with our onboarding team and clients to organize and run kick-off meetings, and deliver our implementation. Create, maintain and manage project plans to deliver the successful roll-out of clients.
• Support project review calls (internal and external), coordinating and delivering on the project streams.
• Define and set-up the agreed client payroll processes, establishing all of the payroll and data requirements. Ensure each client payroll calendar is managed timely and effectively.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process documentation.
• Define, agree and configure all interfaces, reports and systems configurations to successfully deliver the parallel and live payroll for month 1 and 2, if applicable.
