About the role
- Identify, source, and close new strategic partnerships across banks, fintech and crypto platforms, cloud providers, talent partners, and other ecosystem players, engaging senior stakeholders through signed agreements
- Lead partner onboarding, activation, and early-stage success to ensure strong launches and long-term viability
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with key partners in LATAM, positioning Deel as the preferred global hiring and payroll partner within their offerings
- Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual growth
- Own pipeline creation and revenue generation from partner channels, including co-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Build scalable, repeatable motions that convert partnerships into consistent and predictable revenue streams
- Expand Deel’s presence across key ecosystems (financial services, Web3/crypto, cloud, HR/talent), representing the company at industry events and strengthening brand positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Operations, Partner Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, while tracking performance metrics (activation, engagement, pipeline, revenue) to optimize partnership strategy and inform go-to-market decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles
- Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing new partnerships
- Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partners
- Experience working with or selling into professional services ecosystems (e.g., financial institutions, fintech, crypto, cloud, HR/talent partners)
- Ability to build and manage executive-level relationships
- Strong understanding of the LATAM market and business landscape
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong cross-functional collaborator
- Fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese
