Support Engineer

• Deliver frontline technical support to end users globally
• Serve as the first point of contact for end user IT support requests
• Provide desk-side support, physically assisting US-based employees with hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Provide remote technical support to end users in other regions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, group memberships, and access permissions in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Perform basic Exchange Online administration tasks
• Fulfill standard IT service requests submitted through the ticketing system
• Support Microsoft 365 applications for end users
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding tasks
• Reset passwords, manage MFA enrollment, and assist with account lockouts
• Set up and configure end user devices
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or the MSP
• Document common issues, resolutions, and end user how-to guidance in the knowledge base
• Maintain a positive, professional, customer-service-oriented approach with end users

IT Support Analyst

• Serve as the first point of contact for end user IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, or in person, responding to incidents throughout the day as they arise
• Provide desk-side support, physically assisting US-based employees with hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Provide remote technical support to end users in other regions via ticketing system, phone, or Teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, group memberships, and access permissions in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Perform basic Exchange Online administration tasks, such as mailbox permissions, distribution list updates, and shared mailbox management
• Fulfill standard IT service requests (e.g., software access, equipment requests, mailbox and permission changes) submitted through the ticketing system
• Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) for end users, including account setup and troubleshooting
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account provisioning, license assignment, device setup, and access removal
• Reset passwords, manage MFA enrollment, and assist with account lockouts
• Set up and configure end user devices, including software installation and basic imaging
• Escalate complex infrastructure, network, application, or server issues to senior IT staff or the MSP as appropriate
• Document common issues, resolutions, and end user how-to guidance in the knowledge base
• Support printer, peripheral, and conference room technology issues
• Maintain a positive, professional, customer-service-oriented approach with end users at all levels
• Work closely with a small IT team, taking direction on priorities while independently handling incoming incidents day-to-day

General

• As a Production Associate , you’ll play a key role in our manufacturing and packaging operations. You’ll assemble boxes and packaging components, support the production line, and help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets our quality standards. Production Associate

• Assemble boxes and packaging materials according to specifications
• Operate basic production equipment and tools safely

• Own and drive the full month-end close process, ensuring completion within established timelines
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries including accruals, prepaid amortization, depreciation, and reclassifications
• Record and maintain fixed asset entries, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules
• Perform and review balance sheet account reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and forecasts; monitor net working capital trends
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger; research and resolve discrepancies
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations; support AP and AR functions as needed
• Reconcile and report intercompany receivables and payables
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax filings and returns (e.g., Ohio CAT and other applicable state/local filings)
• Research and analyze budget-to-actual variances; prepare executive-level results summaries and financial commentary for senior leadership
• Support the external audit process; prepare requested schedules, reconciliations, and documentation
