About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments
  • Move materials to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Label, organize, and store materials according to company procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
  • Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
  • Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanners
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification may be required)
  • Basic computer and inventory management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (or as required)
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Work in warehouse, manufacturing, or outdoor environments
