About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain close and productive relationships with CSafe Engineering, Operations and Sales teams to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded.
Maintain close and productive relationships with customer Engineering, Operations and Quality teams to ensure their needs are met.
Provide on the ground support when required to ensure customer’s needs are met.
Work collaboratively with CSafe global sales teams to help drive projects through to commercialization.
Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with customers and stakeholders as an SME for the industry

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering background / qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience of Cold Chain distribution operations
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Cold Chain shipper design, qualification and implementation
Experience in highly regulated industry (pharma preferred)
Customer facing experience essential
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable to lead meetings and give direction to internal and external stakeholders
Capable of conveying complex and detailed information to stakeholders with limited expertise
Represents business core values when working with internal and external stakeholders
Experienced in managing challenging situations
Able to see ‘the bigger picture’.
Non-confrontational when under pressure
Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
Self-motivated and quality driven
Frequent international / domestic travel, often at short notice
Comfortable to work ‘hands-on’ to ensure successful delivery of projects
