• Manage a defined geographic territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers

Senior SME Executive

• - To adhere to journey plans given by line manager
• - To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager
• - Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
• - Ensure stock is rotated at all times and any short-dated stock is recorded on XDA and highlighted to store manager;
• - Maintain and grow planogram space where possible;

• Develop and maintain dynamic call files and deployment schedules, ensuring:
• - Optimal geographic routing and efficiency

• Act as the central coordination point between Client Service Managers and Regional Sales Managers and Tactical Teams
• Manage resource allocation across core, flex and contractor field teams
