About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

- To adhere to journey plans given by line manager
- To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager
- Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure stock is rotated at all times and any short-dated stock is recorded on XDA and highlighted to store manager;
- Maintain and grow planogram space where possible;
- Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;
- Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place;
- Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device
- Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed;
- Liaise with Tactical scheduler before and after each call;
- Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team;
- To generate new ideas and ways of working
- To support all product launches and promotions across all serviced brands
- To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies
- To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
- To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager

Requirements
