About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - To adhere to journey plans given by line manager
- - To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager
- - Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
- - Ensure stock is rotated at all times and any short-dated stock is recorded on XDA and highlighted to store manager;
- - Maintain and grow planogram space where possible;
- - Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;
- - Merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place;
- - Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device
- - Liaise with store manager prior to leaving ensure they are happy with work completed;
- - Liaise with Tactical scheduler before and after each call;
- - Build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team;
- - To generate new ideas and ways of working
- - To support all product launches and promotions across all serviced brands
- - To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies
- - To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
- - To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
- - To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Requirements
