B2B Sales Executive
CPM InternationalB2B Sales Executive supporting Vodafone Business with exceptional sales levels through best-in-class planning and execution. Achieving sales targets while working in a hybrid environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a defined geographic territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers
- Work smartly to maximise the opportunities to make sales between home and field selling
- Achieve and exceed agreed sale targets
- Develop a detailed understanding and tightly manage your customer pipeline
- Generate referrals daily that secure a face-to-face presentation to a decision-maker
- Daily CRM updates to ensure all information is correct and accurate
- Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company
- Attention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer
- Maintain knowledge of all new and existing products and services from competitors
- Provide competitor feedback and industry insight
- Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner
- Sell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and Vodafone
- Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a sales role, in the Business and/or Utilities sector
- Competent IT Skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- Suitable home working environment including high quality, reliable broadband
- Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and wider telecoms market
- Awareness of the Irish Business Arena at local and national levels to maintain the pipeline
- Experience with using a CRM tool
- Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly, and monthly
- Work on own initiative and continually look for ways to improve sales performance
- Positive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues, and client
- Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practices and add to a positive team dynamic
- Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on the best opportunities
- Self-motivation and drive to deliver consistent results
- Demonstrate a belief in the importance of the customer and a willingness to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationships
- Strong written skills for preparing proposals to customers and feedback to management/client
