Human Resources

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees across the organization
• Manage employee onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
• Coordinate and administer leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, and other protected leaves)
• Support employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with California labor laws
• Process unemployment claims, employment verifications, and workers' compensation documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR systems, including Paylocity, CentralReach, and Workable
• Partner with leadership to update HR policies, procedures, forms, and the Employee Handbook
• Assist with corrective action processes and provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters
• Generate reports, audit personnel files, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support additional HR projects and initiatives as the company continues to grow
