About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide remote supervision and conduct in-person field visits as a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor
- Supervise behavior-analytic services and manage a clinical caseload
- Participate in monthly team meetings and open-floor collaboration
- Collaborate with the dedicated scheduling team
- Lead and manage a team
- Write professional reports
- Meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
- Adhere to HIPAA and applicable safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
- Maintain required clearances, TB testing, and BLS training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
- Must be in good standing with the BACB
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- BACB Supervisor Training completed
- 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent report-writing ability
- Team management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
- Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
- Current TB test
- Up-to-date BLS training
- Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
