Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification is required
  • Must be in good standing with the BACB
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • BACB Supervisor Training completed
  • 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
  • Strong communication skills
  • Report-writing ability
  • Team management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Must submit a transcript showing a Master’s degree and BCBA Certification
  • Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
  • Current TB test
  • Up-to-date BLS training
  • Adherence to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
