About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide remote supervision and conduct in-person field visits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required; applicants without it will not be considered
  • Must be in good standing with the BACB
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • BACB Supervisor Training completed
  • 3 hours of supervision CEUs each certification cycle
  • Master’s degree transcript must be submitted
  • BCBA Certification transcript/documentation must be submitted
  • Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
  • Current TB test
  • Up-to-date BLS training
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong report-writing ability
  • Team management ability
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
  • Must adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
