About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide remote supervision and conduct in-person field visits
- Supervise and support ABA programs for children, including hands-on in-home services
- Manage a clinical caseload within the 110 Billable Standard
- Attend monthly team meetings and collaborate with the team
- Coordinate with the dedicated scheduling team
- Prepare written reports
- Manage and support a team
- Work independently with minimal oversight while meeting deadlines
- Adhere to HIPAA and applicable safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required; applicants without it will not be considered
- Must be in good standing with the BACB
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- BACB Supervisor Training completed
- 3 hours of supervision CEUs each certification cycle
- Master’s degree transcript must be submitted
- BCBA Certification transcript/documentation must be submitted
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
- Current TB test
- Up-to-date BLS training
- Strong communication skills
- Strong report-writing ability
- Team management ability
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
- Must adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
