About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for Early Start clients alongside our expert clinicians.
  • Provide consultation services tailored to each child’s needs.
  • Deliver one-on-one speech and language therapy when needed, targeting vocabulary, sentence structure, articulation, social communication, and feeding/swallowing.
  • Accurately track hours, document progress, and submit reports on time.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licensed Expert - You hold a current California SLP license and keep it up to date.
  • Child Development Champion - At least one year of experience working with young children with developmental delays.
  • Clear Background & Driving Record - Because safety is our top priority.
  • Up-to-Date Training - Current TB clearance, BLS certification, and any other required health and safety credentials (or willing to get them).
