About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Hybrid BCBA Program Supervisor
- Conduct in-person field visits
- Provide remote supervision
- Supervise behavior technicians and support hands-on, in-home ABA sessions
- Manage a billable standard caseload of 110
- Participate in monthly team meetings and collaboration
- Handle clinical supervision while the dedicated scheduling team manages scheduling
- Manage and develop a team
- Write reports and meet deadlines
- Adhere to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required; applicants without it will not be considered
- BCBA must be in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted
- Completion of BACB Supervisor Training
- 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to write reports
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
- Current TB test
- Up-to-date BLS training
- Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
