Product Manager

• Own the development and strategic direction of the LTL Express product within the U.S. and regional market
• Define and maintain product standards, operating procedures, and service expectations aligned with global Road product frameworks
• Ensure operational consistency of the LTL Express product across the organization and alignment with corporate standards implemented in other countries

Manager

Customer Service Manager

• Manage the workflow within WebCost (Invoices received daily that failed AutoPost).
• Running daily reports to monitor the inflow of new invoices and comparing these against accruals in CargoWise One.
• Retrieve copy invoices from WebCost and share, where needed, with operational controllers to allow them to correct/add accruals in CW1
• Monitor queries between Operations and vendors and ensure correct dispute process is being followed
• Assist with query resolution between operations and the supplier where possible
• Daily & Weekly reporting to operations to ensure visibility of pending invoices are provided – including ageing

• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for DSV Employee Central (DSV’s Global HRIS that is powered by SAP SuccessFactors) including but not limited to Recruiting, Onboarding and other modules.
